Founder/President

Yvonne has been in the fund development, communications, and nonprofit management industry for over 20 years, and brings an extensive working knowledge of Chicago’s religious, philanthropic, and cultural art communities.  She has consulted numerous nonprofit organizations, political candidates, and church groups with strategic planning, fund development, nonprofit management, and event planning. She is regularly sought out for facilitating trainings and workshops for nonprofits and corporations in the areas of developing successful business strategies, entrepreneurship/leadership development and leading business tactics for female executives.

LATIA T. DE AMPARO,

SENIOR PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

LaTia DeAmparo has more than ten years committed to the community as an advocate in Compliance Enforcement, Equal Employment and Project Management. She is an Honorably Discharged  Disabled Veteran of the US Army. LaTia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management and a Paralegal Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies. She is an EEO Certified Compliance Enforcement Officer, Certified Affirmative Action Professional CAAP and Certified Mediator Qualified Neutral.

NILE RICHARDSON

EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR

Provides high-level executive support for the two (2) Senior Principal Consultants. Organizes and schedules client meetings and events with an understanding of business priorities. Drives team logistics and effectively prioritizes ‘YORR’ client needs. Serves as the internal contact to
support business development efforts. She also assists with the preparation of YCG materials. By the way, she loves chocolates in case you need to bribe her to get on Yvonne’s calendar.

JANEEN GRIFFIN

Client Services Director

Client Services Director with extensive experience in logistics, management, field ops, and event planning. Particularly effective in managing operations, collaborative partnerships, team building, and client relationship management. Successful in taking ideas and making them a reality and implementing processes and procedures needed to provide exceptional quality and customer service to YCG clients.
